The Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, in that each item/garment is fully customized to the specifications of the customer, it is not possible under most circumstances for Treeberry Crafts to accept returns of any customized items sold. A return or refund may be permitted with the discretion of the Treeberry Crafts team accompanied with the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

• The item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

• Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided along with the item

• After your item is received by the Treeberry Crafts team, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the payment method used for the order.

• If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

In the event a customer has confirmed an order and artwork has begun and/or merchandise has been ordered but not printed, the cancellation may result in an art charge for work begun and/or a restocking fee for merchandise ordered.

If your order is to print on multiple of the same units, we recommend that we print 1 unit for you first, and that you test wash the garment before we proceed with the balance of your order. We do not replace or reimburse customer-owned garments that fade after being washed.

Customer Supplied Articles Policy

Articles supplied by the customer are accepted on the understanding that Treeberry Crafts LLC will not accept any liability for any misprints, stains, and damage to the customer supplied articles. Treeberry Crafts’ printing process and other decorating techniques, involve high heat as well as other treatments that can impact the decoration quality and the article to be decorated. There is also risk that printer and human errors will occur. Articles are to be left at the customer’s own risk.

If you supply articles to be decorated/adjusted and there is a problem, we will not replace your item nor reimburse you for the item’s value. Your damaged piece will be returned to you at it’s most current condition. This is why we prefer to work on garments from the suppliers that Treeberry Crafts knows will best fulfill your needs and may be easily replaced should an error occur.

When supplying your own garments for decoration, you will be required to sign a waiver indicating your acceptance of these terms before we will decorate them.

Limited Liability Clause

It is agreed by purchasing services from Treeberry Crafts LLC, that the Buyer and the Company acknowledge and agree that the Company will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Buyer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
